SUMMARY:Roundtable at John Jay College
DESCRIPTION:On November 19th\, during Community Hour we will have the round table Health and Housing: Can Your Home Environment Make You Sick? This is part of the Health and Justice Forum\, and a wonderful panel bringing in environmental justice groups\, government officials\, lawyers and scientists that will discuss connections between house environment and human health\, the disparities in environmental exposures\, and the new effort to create legislation taking the environment into consideration. It is a unique opportunity for our program to also connect with these individuals\, and hopefully find connections for internships and jobs for students in the minor.
