Workshop: “Caribbean Youth Exchange for Climate Change Resilience”

The 2014 Caribbean Youth Exchange for Climate Change Resilience is a workshop in support of the People’s Climate March, and sponsored by Harriet Communications in association with CUNY, Afrobeat Radio, the AfroLatin@ Project, Braata Productions, Afropresencia, and El Puente.

Keynote Address: Border Crossing Approaches to Environmental Justice (TBC)

The Caribbean region has become a focus of discussions around climate change. How can diaspora Caribbean populations help advocate for strategies and build climate resilience back home? The Caribbean Youth Exchange for Climate Change Resilience will engage Caribbean Diaspora youth in a dialogue around advocacy strategies to address climate change.
